« Hello to everybody, I would like to start by saying thank you to the ones who take the time to read and most of all to join the concept! »
May our activities have a positive impact on nature
I’ve always been athletic and I love practicing sports in nature. Those activities allow me to keep this feeling of being part of a bigger, stronger element that we must respect. A nice way of keeping my feet firmly on the ground! While spending a long time at high level competitions, I have loved to be in that state of mind… You grow, you evolve, life priorities (having children…) gradually give us another glance on ourselves, on what surrounds us.
Mid-life crisis or not, I feel today like I have been entrusted with a mission for our future generations: « let our activities have a minimal or even positive impact on nature – our playground ».
1001 ideas to save biodiversity
At the beginning of 2016, I dared to put on paper the idea I had after finding papers and packaging in the washing machine for many years. Being noticed and elected as one of the first winners of the competition « 1001 ideas to save biodiversity » organised by the association of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences gave a lot of confidence to the project. With the help of this success, the whole project developed naturally all along.
As if everything settled magically: human adventure before anything!
The Can-Guru project
Each entrepreneur dreams of being part of a project that excites him, that lifts him up. The Can-guru concept is exactly that. Giving a new breath, a different impulse is particularly exciting and energising. Being part of the Can-Guru team feels like being carried by a kind strength.
We naturally aim to look for happiness, but many lose themselves… in an unrestrained quest for purchasing power, blinding the truth, here and now. Money has a colour, a smell and a meaning given by how we have perceived it. Let’s be happy and feel well with profits that will give the good to those who give it to you. A reminder to the consciousness, an aspect that takes an important role in my life…
Funds given to environmental organisations
That is why a large part of the earned funds will automatically be given to environmental organisations. And I hope I can taste this happiness brought by the profit generated by the concept/product… and afterwards let as many people as possible enjoy it…
